The short version
This site has no accounts, no cookies, no advertising and no tracking pixels. It does not collect your name, email or location. The data it shows about other people comes from public government filings.
What the site collects from you
- Nothing you type. Searches run inside your browser against files it has already downloaded. Your search terms are not sent to us.
- Standard server logs. Our host (see "Third parties" below) records the usual web server information (IP address, time, page requested, browser type) for security and capacity. These logs are kept for a limited period and are not used by us to identify visitors.
- Error reports. If something on the page breaks, the page may send a short report (what failed, which page, the browser version, the data version). It contains no personal information and no search terms.
- Browser storage. The site may remember a setting such as a chosen view in your own browser. That stays on your device.
Third parties
- Hosting. Netlify hosts and serves this site; see its own privacy policy at netlify.com for how it handles server logs.
- No third-party scripts or fonts. The page, its fonts and its map code are all served from this site (our host adds one small page-speed script of its own, described below); nothing is loaded from an ad network, an analytics company or a font CDN.
- Page-speed measurements. Our host, Netlify, measures how fast pages load for real visitors (its Real User Monitoring). Your browser sends Netlify the page's address (without anything after a "?" or "#"), your browser type and screen size, and load-time measurements. No cookies are set and nothing identifies you.
- Satellite view. If you switch the map to satellite view, your browser loads map images from the U.S. Geological Survey. Apart from that and Netlify's page-speed measurements, nothing on this site contacts another service.
- Links to FEC.gov, state code sites and state election agencies take you to those sites, which have their own policies.
Information about other people
Campaign contributors, PAC officers, vendors and candidates appear on this site because federal law requires campaigns and committees to report them to the Federal Election Commission, which publishes the reports. We show contributors' names, cities, states and employers as filed, and never street addresses, ZIP codes or occupations. We do not add information from any other source about any individual.
Federal law (52 U.S.C. 30111(a)(4) and 11 CFR 104.15) prohibits using contributor information from FEC reports to solicit contributions or for any commercial purpose. We publish it for public information and ask that you respect the same rule.
If you believe a record about you is wrong, the record reflects what a campaign or committee filed. Corrections must be made by the filer with the FEC; once the FEC publishes the amended report, this site picks it up on its next refresh. If you believe we have made an error in presenting a filing, contact us at the address below.
Children
The site is not directed at children and collects no information from anyone.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top will change. Material changes will be noted on the home page.

admin@electioncash.com. Because this site collects no personal information from visitors, there is generally nothing to request access to, correct or delete under privacy laws such as the CCPA or GDPR; if you believe that's wrong in your case, write to the address above.
